"Lonell's Soul Food Cuisine opened in mid-May in Vermont Knolls, bringing a new destination for oxtails and macaroni and cheese to the neighborhood. Other soul food staples like fried chicken and fried catfish can be paired with sides like collard greens, yams, cornbread, and more.
